The theme of this year’s event is…
„INDUSTRIE 4.0 VERSUS DATA PROTECTION“
At 9:00 a.m. on the day of your choice Alexander Ide and Thomas Ide and their staff will welcome you and give you a brief overview of the day’s events.
Industrie 4.0 is becoming increasingly important as is the associated protection of personal data. The profile extrusion industry is no exception. A speaker for VDMA as well as a specialist in the field of data protection will shed more light on this topic. Please note that papers will be delivered in German only.
We would also like to present new solutions which have been developed at IDE in direct cooperation with our customers, and to show you how the improved technologies arising from these new solutions can help you reap maximum benefits.
We will focus on:
New development
- Special solutions for downstream machines
- Integration of auxiliary devices
- Options for process data acquisition
- Centralized visualization of process data
Extrusion line demonstration
True to IDE-tradition we will be showing complete extrusion lines in operation:
- ME 75/5 extrusion line with melt pump producing a PP TV profile. Visualization and storage of process data
- ME 60/5 extrusion line producing a profile from PA 6.6 GF 25. Inline profile measurement and recognition and visualization of the energy data (vacuum, water, electricity, material throughput, etc.)
- ME 45/5 extrusion line producing a tube from transparent PVC-U. Diameter and wall thickness measurement.
