Efficient cooling units for better extrusion performance

The modular design of IDE cooling units make it possible to implement different kinds of cooling concepts. Air cooling systems are used to extract any internal heat remaining in hollow-chamber profiles. The core component is a blowing unit with a performance rate of 13.5 m³/h. Water spray systems are an alternative. IDE cooling units can be enhanced with corresponding, easy-to-install additional components such as water baths or blowers.
